Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with the authors of Project Chrono, one of the leading multibody simulation frameworks in the world.
Model Validation: Compare simulation results with real-world crash data to validate accuracy and refine model parameters.
Automation & Tools: Help automate data preparation, simulation workflows, and reporting pipelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside AI and software engineers to connect simulation outputs with our AI-based reconstruction system.
What we’re looking for
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.
Strong understanding of mechanics, vehicle dynamics, and impact energy dissipation.
Familiarity with Project Chrono, CAD, or any other Multibody/FEA tools (e.g., LS-Dyna, MATLAB/Simulink, Adams, or similar).
Basic programming skills (Python, MATLAB, or C++) are a plus.
Analytical mindset, curiosity, and attention to detail.
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
What we offer
Mentorship by world-class experts: Work directly with the creator of Project Chrono and Liablix’s engineering team.
Hands-on experience: Your simulations will be used to improve real accident reconstructions.
€800/month internship allowance.
Flexibility: Hybrid or fully remote setup, with flexible working hours.
Learning environment: Exposure to AI, automation, and 3D reconstruction workflows.
Opportunity for full-time hire: Outstanding interns will be considered for full-time positions after the internship.
