Accident Reconstruction Specialist - Junior
Florence • Full time • €21,000 – €23,000 annually
Who we are
Liablix is an innovative startup transforming the way road accidents are reconstructed and analyzed. Today, claims handling is often slow, opaque, and vulnerable to errors or fraud. Our mission is to make it precise, fast, and automated through Artificial Intelligence.
We are backed by leading international investment funds that strongly believe in our vision and support our growth.
We are in the early stages of development and are looking for an Accident Reconstruction Specialist, one of the key figures who will directly contribute to the technical quality of our product and to the creation of a new software category in the insurance and accident analysis sector.
What you’ll do
Digital accident reconstruction in a completely new way: you will use the Liablix platform to reconstruct road accident dynamics through advanced software tools.
Technical analysis: you will assess damage compatibility, impact points, accident kinematics, and consistency between the reported version of events and the available evidence.
Output validation: you will supervise and validate the results generated by the platform, ensuring technical accuracy, reliability, and quality control, while contributing to the continuous improvement of AI models.
Cross-team collaboration: you will work closely with AI and software development teams, reporting bugs, anomalies, and new features that can continuously improve the platform.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a junior profile motivated to grow professionally in an environment that combines technical expertise with advanced digital tools.
Direct experience in road accident reconstruction is not required. Above all, we are looking for someone eager to be trained, willing to learn a highly specialized profession that is rapidly evolving.
Technical or academic background, such as ITIS diploma, mechanical or industrial technician qualification, mechatronics, automotive studies, degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent paths.
A mindset oriented toward mechanics, technical analysis, and vehicle engineering. Knowledge of vehicle mechanics, crash dynamics, and technical reading skills are highly appreciated.
Strong analytical thinking, precision, and logical reasoning are essential.
Good familiarity with computers, software, and digital tools is required, along with curiosity toward innovative technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and new ways of working.
Previous experience or background as an insurance adjuster, accident reconstruction specialist, or similar roles will be considered a plus.
What we offer
A central role: you will join among the first members of the team dedicated to road accident reconstruction and directly contribute both to product growth and company culture. As the team expands, you will have broad professional growth opportunities.
Transparent salary: €21,000 – €23,000 gross annual salary.
Performance bonus and salary review upon reaching initial milestones.
Career acceleration: your work will have a direct impact on product evolution and on the future of the industry.
Culture Fit
We’re a fit if:
You enjoy taking responsibility and helping build something new from scratch, as part of an ambitious project.
You are passionate about technical topics, mechanics, innovation, and new technologies.
You want to train in this sector and contribute to its digital evolution.
We’re not a fit if:
You are not curious and unwilling to continuously learn and improve.
You do not like taking ownership of your work and having real responsibilities.
You are looking for slow, highly hierarchical, or low-dynamic environments, far from the pace of a startup.
Why join us
Tired of repetitive technical work in traditional environments? Here, you will help build the most advanced software in the world for road accident reconstruction, seeing your work immediately turn into a real product.
You will work on something completely new, something no one has ever built before in this sector, contributing firsthand to its growth and development. You will do so alongside some of the best national professionals in the field of accident reconstruction.
