Liablix is an innovative startup transforming how road accidents are reconstructed and analyzed. Today, claims management is slow, opaque, and prone to fraud. We want to make it precise, fast, and automated; powered by AI.
We work at the intersection of computer vision, 3D reconstruction, and generative models to analyze vehicle damages, crash dynamics, and liability. It's a massive market, and we're convinced that the next insurtech unicorn will be born here.

We're looking for our first Product Manager: someone who turns cutting-edge computer vision into a product that insurers, adjusters, and drivers can't live without. You'll work directly with the founders and own the roadmap of the entire platform.
What you'll do
Own the product roadmap end-to-end with the founders: discovery, prioritization, specs, launch, iteration.
Spend real time with insurers, claims adjusters, and repair shops to understand their workflow better than they do.
Translate AI capabilities into product: decide what our 3D reconstruction and damage-analysis models should become in the hands of users.
Define and track metrics that matter: activation, claim-cycle time, fraud detection accuracy, NPS.
Write specs engineers love, and cut scope ruthlessly so we ship every week.
Shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market together with the founders.
What we're looking for
3+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS; insurtech, fintech, or AI products are a strong plus.
Technical fluency: you can discuss APIs, model limitations, and trade-offs with engineers without a translator.
Proven customer discovery skills: you've built products by talking to users, not by copying competitors.
Analytical and data-driven, but comfortable deciding with incomplete information.
Extreme ownership: at this stage, PM means “whatever it takes to ship the right thing.”
Entrepreneurial mindset: eager to build something that scales globally.
What we offer
A pivotal role: you'll be among the first 10 team members and shape both the technology and culture of Liablix.
Competitive salary (RAL): €45,000 - €55,000 annually.
Equity: meaningful stake (indicatively 0.3% - 0.6%) in stock options with standard 4-year vesting (1-year cliff). Under the Italian innovative-startup regime, options are exempt from income tax and you only pay capital gains when you sell.
Salary growth built in: compensation is reviewed at the next funding round and upon hitting company milestones, plus a performance bonus.
