Founding Frontend Engineer

Founding Frontend Engineer | Full time
€35.000 – €50.000 + bonus + equity

What you’ll do

  • UI Development: Build responsive, high-performance, and intuitive interfaces using React.

  • 3D Visualization: Integrate and develop interactive Three.js components, enabling users to explore 3D reconstructions of accidents in real time.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with AI researchers, backend engineers, and product designers to turn complex data into seamless user experiences.

  • Performance & Optimization: Ensure smooth rendering of data-heavy visualizations and optimize for speed, scalability, and usability.

  • Innovation: Experiment with new frontend technologies to deliver a world-class experience in a space where no one has built something like this before.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in React and modern frontend frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with Three.js or other 3D/web graphics libraries.

  • Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

  • Experience building dashboards, data visualizations, or complex UI systems.

  • Familiarity with performance optimization and responsive design.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you’re not just a coder, you want to define how users interact with a new category of software.

  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment.
