Founding AI Engineer – 3D Computer Vision | Full time

What you’ll do

• Design, implement, and deploy 3D reconstruction pipelines combining Structure from Motion (SfM), Multi-View Stereo (MVS), and NeRF/Gaussian Splatting methods.

• Develop and optimize deep learning models for 3D understanding, object matching, and geometric consistency.

• Build scalable infrastructure for processing and comparing large visual datasets (images, point clouds, meshes).

• Collaborate with the simulation team to integrate physics-based and data-driven models for damage and motion analysis.

• Translate research prototypes into production-grade software—your models will directly impact real-world accident reconstruction.

• Work closely with the founders to define the company’s AI roadmap and research priorities.

What we’re looking for

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields (PhD or equivalent experience).

• Strong hands-on experience in deep learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and 3D computer vision.

• Deep knowledge of SfM, MVS, NeRFs, Gaussian Splatting, and 3D scene representation methods.

• Deep knowledge of visual transformer architectures (ViT, DINO, EVA, SAM, etc.)

• Experience building end-to-end systems, from research to deployed products.

• Solid understanding of geometry, multi-view consistency, and 3D data formats (meshes, point clouds, voxels).

• Entrepreneurial mindset: eager to build something that scales globally, not just a research prototype.

• Ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-autonomy environment where experimentation is part of the culture.

• Being a genius is a strong plus.
