Head of Growth | Full time
€40,000 – €50,000 + bonus + equity
What you’ll do
Brand & Content Strategy: Define Liablix’s brand identity and voice. Develop a content strategy that resonates with reconstruction experts, insurers, and the AI community.
Community & Engagement: Build and manage engagement channels: newsletters, webinars, contests, and online communities.
Social Media Growth: Own Liablix’s presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube to attract high-quality users and partners.
Customer Acquisition & Awareness: Drive inbound and outbound strategies to attract reconstruction experts and insurance companies.
Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and iterate multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact.
Data-Driven Growth: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously test new approaches to accelerate adoption and brand recognition.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with founders, product, and engineering teams to align launches and messaging with business goals.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in growth, marketing, or brand leadership, ideally in a B2B/B2C tech or SaaS environment.
Experience scaling early-stage startups and driving user or customer acquisition.
Strong grasp of social media marketing, content strategy, and community building.
Analytical mindset: you define metrics, test, measure, and iterate.
Entrepreneurial drive and willingness to take full ownership of growth strategy and execution.
Excellent written and spoken English (other languages a plus).
Comfortable working in a founder-like role, with flexibility and high responsibility.
