AI Operations - Junior
AI Operations - Junior
Full-time • €23,000 gross annual salary
(Also available as a curricular internship for university students • €400 monthly)
Imola (preferred) or Bologna (HQ), Italy.
This is a fully on-site position. Remote work is not available for this role.
Who we are
Liablix is an innovative startup transforming the way road accidents are reconstructed and analyzed. Our mission is to make claims handling precise, fast, and automated through artificial intelligence.
We are backed by leading international investment funds that strongly believe in our vision and support our growth.
We are looking for a junior professional who wants to start a career in the tech industry and join our Operations team. You will use our technology on real-world cases and provide feedback that will shape the product’s direction.
You will take on real responsibilities from day one and develop experience across digital product development and operations. It’s the ideal opportunity to learn how to collaborate with tech teams in a fast-growing environment and build your career in this field.
What you’ll do
Your typical day will involve:
Using the Liablix platform to reconstruct road accidents through our advanced digital tools. We have created an entirely new way of analyzing accidents, and your daily work and feedback will help shape how the product evolves.
Reviewing and validating the results generated by the platform, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistent quality while contributing to its continuous improvement.
Developing specialized knowledge of road accidents by analyzing vehicle damage, impact points, accident dynamics, and the available documentation.
Working closely with our highly skilled software development team, reporting bugs and anomalies, and suggesting new features and product improvements.
In short, your daily work will directly contribute to building the future of our software.
What we’re looking for
No specific experience or previous knowledge of accident reconstruction is required. What matters is your willingness to learn how to use the Liablix software, receive training, and grow within a rapidly evolving tech environment.
Essential requirements:
Full-time presence in the office in Imola (preferred) or Bologna and fluency in Italian, as this role requires continuous collaboration with the rest of the team.
Confidence and speed in using computers, online software, and Google Workspace, together with curiosity about innovative technologies, artificial intelligence, and new ways of working.
Most importantly, strong analytical thinking, precision, and logical reasoning.
Highly appreciated:
A university background in any field. Completing a degree demonstrates commitment and the ability to approach complex topics. A background unrelated to artificial intelligence is not a problem: this could be the right opportunity to enter the tech industry.
A technical education, such as an ITIS diploma, an ITS program in technology, mechanics, mechatronics, or automotive studies, or a degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
Previous experience as an insurance adjuster, accident reconstruction specialist, or in a similar role.
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. No one here will tell you exactly what to do every step of the way: your personal contribution is essential.
What we offer
Transparent compensation: a starting gross annual salary of €23,000 under a 12-month fixed-term contract. For university students, the position is also available as a curricular internship with a monthly allowance of €400.
Performance bonus and salary review upon reaching agreed milestones. Career growth can be much faster than in a large company, and how far you progress will depend primarily on your contribution.
An annual company retreat: once a year, the entire team spends a week working together from a shared location.
A central role in a young startup founded in 2025 and growing rapidly. This is the right time to join: as the team expands, new responsibilities and professional growth opportunities will naturally emerge.
Flexibility, which is a fundamental part of working in a startup environment.
Culture Fit
We’re a fit if:
You are proactive, curious, and eager to demonstrate your value.
You want to build something new from scratch and find that idea exciting.
You are passionate about technology, artificial intelligence, and digital products.
We’re not a fit if:
You are uncomfortable taking on real responsibilities from day one.
You are not comfortable working at a fast pace. Being part of a startup also means embracing this kind of environment.
You are not ambitious. We are looking for people who are eager to grow, contribute, and prove what they can do.
Why join us
Do repetitive and restrictive roles in large, traditional companies feel like the wrong fit for you?
Here, you will have the opportunity to prove your value, take ownership of different activities, and stand out, allowing you to grow much faster than you would in a large company.
Seeing something you helped build grow is incredibly rewarding. We are determined to create the world’s most advanced software for road accident reconstruction, and being part of this journey will be a unique opportunity for professional growth. The earlier you join, the greater your impact will be.
