We are looking for a junior professional who wants to start a career in the tech industry and join our Operations team. You will use our technology on real-world cases, contribute to its continuous improvement, and provide feedback that will help shape the product’s direction. No specific previous experience in accident reconstruction is required. What matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your ability to quickly take on new responsibilities.

What you’ll do

Your typical day will involve:

• Using the Liablix platform to reconstruct road accidents through our advanced digital tools. We have created an entirely new way of analyzing accidents, and your daily work and feedback will help shape how the product evolves.

• Reviewing and validating the results generated by the platform, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistent quality while contributing to its continuous improvement.

• Developing specialized knowledge of road accidents by analyzing vehicle damage, impact points, accident dynamics, and the available documentation.

• Working closely with our software development team, reporting bugs and anomalies, and suggesting new features and product improvements. We expect you to bring added value to the team by actively proposing new ideas and initiatives.

• Taking ownership of a specific project or area based on your skills and interests. Not everything you will work on can be defined today. As we get to know you, we will identify something you can own and develop alongside your daily Operations activities. Everyone at Liablix is responsible for an area of the company or a specific project.

What we’re looking for

No specific work experience or previous knowledge of accident reconstruction is required. What matters is your willingness to learn, receive training, and grow within a rapidly evolving tech environment.

We expect this role to be a good fit for someone who is early in their career and looking for their first significant professional experience, as well as for someone who wants to change career paths and enter the tech industry from a different field.

Essential requirements:

• A university degree in any field. Your academic background does not need to be related to artificial intelligence or technology.

• Full-time presence in our Imola office, which is preferred, or Bologna. Hybrid work is permitted, but this is not a fully remote position.

• Fluency in Italian, as the role requires continuous collaboration with industry experts who may not speak English.

• Confidence and speed in using computers, online software, and Google Workspace, together with curiosity about innovative technologies, artificial intelligence, and new ways of working.

• Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning, combined with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. No one here will tell you exactly what to do every step of the way. Your personal contribution is essential, and we expect you to think outside the box, take initiative, and bring new ideas to the table.

Highly appreciated:

• Strong digital and technical skills, including familiarity with software development or a good understanding of how digital products are built.

• A technical background in areas such as technology, mechanics, mechatronics, automotive studies, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering.

• Previous experience in insurance claims, accident reconstruction, the automotive industry, or a similar field.

What we offer

• A starting gross annual salary of €23,000 under a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is the fixed starting salary for this position.
