We are looking for a university student who wants to gain practical experience in the tech industry and join our Operations team. You will use our technology on real-world cases and provide feedback that will help shape the product’s direction.

This is not a typical internship where you will be given small, low-impact tasks. We are a small team with ambitious goals, so you will take on real responsibilities from day one. You will gain hands-on experience across digital product development and operations, learn how to collaborate with technical teams, and take your first professional steps in the startup ecosystem.

What you’ll do

Your typical day will involve:

• Using the Liablix platform to reconstruct road accidents through our advanced digital tools. We have created an entirely new way of analyzing accidents, and your daily work and feedback will help shape how the product evolves.

• Reviewing and validating the results generated by the platform, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistent quality while contributing to its continuous improvement.

• Developing specialized knowledge of road accidents by analyzing vehicle damage, impact points, accident dynamics, and the available documentation.

• Working closely with our software development team, reporting bugs and anomalies, and suggesting new features and product improvements. We expect you to bring added value to the team by actively proposing new ideas and initiatives.

• Taking ownership of a specific project or area based on your skills and interests. Not everything you will work on can be defined today. As we get to know you, we will identify something you can own and develop alongside your daily Operations activities. Everyone at Liablix is responsible for an area of the company or a specific project.

What we’re looking for

No previous work experience or knowledge of accident reconstruction is required for this internship. What matters is your willingness to learn, receive training, and grow in a rapidly evolving tech environment.

We evaluate candidates based on their attitude, personality, and potential. Regardless of your background, you need to show us that you are the right person for the role.

Essential requirements:

• Current enrollment in a university program that allows you to undertake a curricular internship. Our internships have a minimum duration of two months, or 320 hours.

• Availability to work on-site from our Imola or Bologna office.

• Fluency in Italian, as the role requires continuous collaboration with industry experts who may not speak English.

• Confidence and speed in using computers, online software, and Google Workspace, together with curiosity about innovative technologies, artificial intelligence, and new ways of working.

• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning and a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. No one here will tell you exactly what to do every step of the way. Your personal contribution is essential, and we expect you to think outside the box, take initiative, and bring new ideas to the table.

Highly appreciated:

• Your field of study is not a constraint. You don't need to study Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or another technical subject. If your academic background is completely different but you are genuinely interested in technology, this could be your opportunity to enter the tech industry and start building the career you are looking for.

• Previous knowledge or experience in insurance claims, accident reconstruction, or the automotive industry. This is not required, but it is a strong plus and a good indication of your interest in the field.

• If you choose our Bologna office as your primary location, a monthly allowance of €200, plus a monthly membership to The Social Hub, including access to the gym, swimming pool, yoga classes, and other activities available at the facility.

• If you choose our Imola office as your primary location, a monthly allowance of €400.
