Liablix is an innovative startup transforming how road accidents are reconstructed and analyzed. Today, claims management is slow, opaque, and prone to fraud. We want to make it precise, fast, and automated; powered by AI.
We work at the intersection of computer vision, 3D reconstruction, and generative models to analyze vehicle damages, crash dynamics, and liability. It's a massive market, and we're convinced that the next insurtech unicorn will be born here.

We're looking for a Founder's Associate: the founders' right hand. One week you're building the fundraising data room, the next you're running a growth experiment, closing a hiring pipeline, or fixing operations. If you want to learn how to build a company by actually building one, this is the fastest way to do it.
What you'll do
Work directly with the founders on the highest-priority problem of the moment: strategy, fundraising, hiring, operations, GTM.
Build investor materials, board updates, and financial models; support due diligence and fundraising processes.
Run special projects end-to-end: market research, pricing experiments, partnerships, new-market analysis.
Set up and improve internal operations (tools, processes, reporting) to make the company run faster.
Own recruiting operations for key roles: sourcing, pipeline, candidate experience.
No task is too big or too small: you cover whatever the company needs to move forward.
What we're looking for
1-3 years in consulting, banking, VC, or a high-growth startup, or an exceptional track record that speaks for itself.
Top academic background or equivalent proof of raw horsepower.
Extreme ownership and speed: you would rather ship something today than plan it for next week.
Strong analytical and communication skills, from spreadsheets to investor decks.
Ambition to become a founder or executive yourself.
Being a genius is a strong plus.
What we offer
A pivotal role: you'll be among the first 10 team members and shape both the technology and culture of Liablix.
Competitive salary (RAL): €30,000 - €40,000 annually.
Equity: meaningful stake (indicatively 0.1% - 0.25%) in stock options with standard 4-year vesting (1-year cliff). Under the Italian innovative-startup regime, options are exempt from income tax and you only pay capital gains when you sell.
Salary growth built in: compensation is reviewed at the next funding round and upon hitting company milestones, plus a performance bonus.
